Community Living Care’s Transportation Program provides transportation for people diagnosed with Intellectual Disabilities from their primary address to their place of day service or work. Our fleet includes handicapped accessible vehicles. All routes are designed to ensure the time spent in the vehicle is minimal. The people we serve are our priority and the quality of service that we provide is our greatest responsibility. We work with each person and their family to create a route that is the best fit.
